Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order as long as you do so within a maximum period of 15 days from the delivery of the order. To the end, the product must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. In this case, you will have to pay the return shipping costs. Once we have verified that the item is not damaged or used, we will inform you by email of the acceptance of the return. Crush will refund the amount of the order, excluding shipping costs, by the same way of payment used.

In that case, you can contact us by info@crushleathergoods.com within 15 days after the delivery of the order. As long as the return does not happen because the item does not correspond to the order or because the item arrives damaged, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
