I purchased 2 items, a wallet and an elna bag. Not only the quality is great but also the customer service. The elna bag came in with a marker line across the inside flap. Understandable there is no lining and it is handmade which is great and love... Sandra, the customer service fix everything for me, and communication before, within and after she was there.
