Agustín: The Master Leather Craftsman Leading the Workshop at Crush Leather Goods
At Crush Leather Goods, the passion for creating quality leather bags is evident in every detail. Leading this team of talented artisans is Agustín, our workshop manager.
Agustín, born in 1992, brings over 12 years of experience in leatherworking to our Spanish leather bag brand. Despite his initial studies in computer systems, his creative spirit led him to the world of leather craftsmanship. It seems that the legacy left by his parents, who always instilled in him a passion for craftsmanship and such a noble material as leather, played an important role in his decision to become a Master Leatherworker. His expertise in producing luxury leather goods for major international fashion brands has equipped him with the skills and knowledge essential for a workshop manager.

Agustín's day begins early. "I arrive at the workshop at 7 AM, after having a coffee at home. At 10 AM, I take a break for a light breakfast and continue working until 3 PM,"
His responsibilities are diverse, ranging from organizing daily tasks to providing advice and solving technical problems in the workshop. Additionally, "I ensure the high standards of quality that define Crush Leather Goods," he adds.
Agustín's passion for creating quality leather bags shines through in every project. With his extensive knowledge in pattern making, he can complete models entirely on his own. This comprehensive skill set makes him a unique and strategic asset within the organization of Crush Leather Goods, a renowned Ubrique bags brand.
A natural leader, Agustín maintains a constant and smooth relationship with the rest of the team. We hold two meetings each week: one to coordinate current work and another to discuss future models, materials, and details.
